◆If you want to use the terminal on which eSIM is set
again, set the eSIM again.
The eSIM settings Please perform STEP 2 or later in this section.
* To transition to the STEP02-1 screen, go to the humanoid icon at the top left of the home screen > Manage Contracts.
◆If you want to use the eSIM on a different terminal than the one on which the
eSIM was previously set, please activate the eSIM after reissuing the eSIM.
Please check the following for the procedure for reissuing an eSIM and contact POVO Support.
<How to reissue/change your eSIM>
1. Please prepare your identity verification document (driver's license, My Number Card, or Residence Card).
2. Please contact povo support from here.
When making inquiries, please select “04. Please select “I want to reissue/change e.eSIM” from the category of “Procedures in use” in order.
3. Upload “a photo (image) that shows [the front surface of the identity document] and [your face] at the same time” on the chat.
As shown in the image below, please take a photo of the customer's face together with the identity verification document with the camera.
◆Customers who have reissued or changed their eSIM will be
notified by email when the procedure is completed, so please check with the following method from the “povo 2.0 app” Please activate the eSIM.
