Please prepare an eSIM compatible model and reissue the eSIM Procedures are required.
Please check the following for the procedure for reissuing an eSIM and contact POVO Support.
<How to reissue/change your eSIM>
1. Please prepare your identity verification document (driver's license, My Number Card, or Residence Card).
2. Please contact povo support from here.
When you make an inquiry, please select “04. [In use] Please select “Procedures” and “Reissue/Change of e.eSIM” in the order.
3. Upload “a photo (image) that shows [the front surface of the identity document] and [your face] at the same time” on the chat.
As shown in the image below, please take a photo of the customer's face together with the identity verification document with the camera.
◆Customers who have reissued or changed their eSIM will be
notified by email when the procedure is completed, so please check with the following method from the “povo 2.0 app” Please activate the eSIM.
